100 OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSIONS!

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!
Seems like a lot. Well, you can break them up!
One handed or two, lying on a ball, sitting or standing.
Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?
Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight!) when completed!

Not sure if I will get anywhere near 100 but I will give it a shot. That's one of the areas I wanted to work on toning anyway. I'll be aiming for a min of 25. First time doing this one.0

Felt that burn! Done - 2 sets of 50 = 100 with a 5 lb weight.0

I actually got ten more done then I expected. I was able to do 7 sets of 5 reps with a 10 pound dumbbell. May not be much but I'm actually pretty proud of that on top of the hour and a half at the gym.0
