Started out at 194, then got down to 154 then found out I was pregnant!
But now my baby is 3 weeks old, and I am down to 150, but a flabby 150, gonna tone this stuff up and get down to my goal weight!
I am 5'4 but I have a very thick bone structure and hundreds of bone tumors....I have the bone mass of a 6'1 female o.O

I have a slightly bottom-heavy hourglass shape. No matter my weight my hips have always been consistently 10 inches larger around than my waist, lol0 -

39-29-39 I'm usually a size 6, but it varies by how much vanity sizing there is. I could be a small if I didn't have boobs, but a medium is usually better (H&M and old navy dresses I tend to wear a small though).
Thighs around 22in and arms around 11in.

I'm aiming to get my body fat down a bit more, ideally like 17%, so I won't probably get to less than 135 lb.0 -

I'm 5'4 1/2. Size 8. 27% BF. 181 lbs.
I lift weights, eat 1800 ISH cals to lose. My goal is size 6 jeans. weight will likely be 168 -171 range.
I'm running out of steam right now relative to weight loss. Am switching gears for rest of year to focus on body recomposition. . Will eat at TDEE and weight train 3x per week.0 -

I tend to be delicate and thin in my extremities. I have a pair of ballroom dancing shoes that I had to punch a hole in a whole inch above the last hole just so they'd fit my ankles. I also have to buy smaller bracelets as average sized bracelets come flying off when I take off gloves at work.0 -

I am 68 years old and from discussions with friends I think belly fat is a common problem even for slim women after they hit menopause. I had a 24 " waist when I was young but now I plan to lose another 10 pounds and if by then my waist is down to 30" I will be a happy camper.0 -

The variations between people of similar weights are really fascinating. I first measured myself on 1st July, my most recent was on 1st October. Am going to persist with measurements at the beginning of every month to chart my progress that way as well as on the scale.0

I'm 5'6", around 185 lbs, + or - a few pounds depending on the day... I would consider myself an hourglass figure, minus the rack. I don't have a huge butt (even though the measurements are not small, my butt isn't really defined or bubbly), and my thighs aren't really that big compared to the rest of me, so, I don't really consider myself a pear, either.
From the front, I have a very defined waist. It makes jean shopping so painful. The jeans will fit perfectly EVERYWHERE else, but I can never button or zip them up, because like, my damn hip bones (whether I'm chunky or not) stick out so far... I couldn't fit into anything smaller than a size 7 at my lowest weight, which was about 113 lbs! Anything that fit perfectly on the waist, would be HORRIBLY baggy, saggy, and like, three sizes too big EVERYWHERE else. Bleh.
I'd like to be around 125 lbs or so... that was a good weight. *le sigh*

Thanks again ladies, interesting to see and give myself an idea of the range to be aiming for. Like I said, am 5' 4" myself and 202.8lbs as of this morning. Consider myself to have a small frame, small bust (C cup whilst bf was as big as it got for me!). We have about the same stats except my chest is about a 44 or 45" my thighs went down to a 26" and my arms are 13" and 13. something.. It mightve went down haven't measured in two weeks. I haven't measure my calfs and I weigh in at 197.6 last time I checked about 2 weeks ago. We also have similar starting points I started at 203lbs. I'm 5'3.5"0 -
i am 5'5 and ive weighed 125lbs for a good amount of time. (currently looking to get back to that). my measurements then were 34-26-34. i am 134lbs right now and im 34-30-34. i had a very tiny waist. my husband could almost put his hands around me. im fairly large chested. double d's. i think that is a good goal to set for yourself. i was pretty happy then.0
