60-75 minutes. The first 20 minutes go really fast and I think I am almost done - inevitably I just add more work.0

30-90 Min. depending if I am going before work or on one of my days off. I try to go 2-3 days during the work week and 1 day on the weekend.0

45-60 min. To those who stated they do cardio before weights, may I ask why? I have been conditioned to believe the opposite is more beneificial, but I am always open to other ideas.0

If I'm just lifting 45 min, if I do cardio 1.25 - 1.5 hours.0

Typically I only go to the gym for weight training and maybe some cardio afterwards. I spend anywhere from 20m - 45m. Typically on the lower end since I like to get my cardio done outdoors.0
