Just curious, how long do you people spend at the gym for your workouts?
60-120 min for me, just depends on the day.

I have to break it up, so I usually go twice a day for at least 40 minutes each time I go. I don't know if that's a good thing to do or a bad thing to you, but that's just how my schedule works out.0

Lunch time means a 30 minute workout. Night workouts are usually about 60 minutes. If all I'm getting in are the lunch workouts I try to go every day. If I get a good night workout in I'll take the next day off.0

Typically I only go to the gym for weight training and maybe some cardio afterwards. I spend anywhere from 20m - 45m. Typically on the lower end since I like to get my cardio done outdoors.0

30 minutes 5x per week in the morning. Then I add 2-3 classes per week of 1 hr --- Group Power, Vinyasa Yoga, or Jazzercise.0
