Top 10 best foods for burning belly fat

According to Dr. Teruo Kawada, the study leader, "finding a compound which helps the prevention of obesity-related chronic diseases in food stuff is a great advantage to tackling these diseases, and tomato allows people to manage the onset of dyslipedemia through their daily diet." According to Wikipedia, Dyslipedemia is a condition where there is too much lipid in the blood. This normally caused by diet and lifestyle.

this, and I would like to also challenge the eating mammals being damaging to living beings statement. Overfishing is an incredible strain on the ecosystem right now, and therefore just as damaging (if not more so) than eating mammals.0 -

I know you mean well in posting this, but you can't target a specific area for fat loss. I will say those foods are good to have in your diet.
Most of those foods are healthy and low in calories so if you eat them AND stay with in your calorie budget you will lose fat all over your body and eventually the belly fat will come off, when the body decides to let it, and only if you stay at a calorie deficit.
Losing weight requires tremendous patience. You will not lose it when you want it or where you want it. The body does its thing. Some apparent plateaus can last a month or so. You cannot make it happen faster. You must focus on two things; calories and exercise. Nothing else matters. Scales and metrics don't matter. The day in and day out grind of exercise and calories are all that matters. It is not very exciting until things fall into place. You get your victories and you ride one victory to the next.
The scale is a trend tool. The scale is good but put it away and only check once a week and only use it as a trend tool. It will fluctuate, it does not matter. Take front side and back progress pictures at least once a month. You will see differences that the metrics won't tell you and it's that little bit of NSV that will keep you going until the next victory.
Exercise is to make your lean body mass pretty, strong, and healthy (especially lifting weights).
A calorie deficit is to lose fat. A calorie budget keeps your fat level where you need to be, either losing fat or maintaining.

I don't eat lamb because I live near the countryside and every spring spend so much time looking at the cute bouncy spring lambs lol. My husband won't eat duck either because it guilt trips him when we go to the park with the kids and feed the ducks!0

Those are good foods. And they will help you lose fat, including belly fat, because they are healthy and low in calories. Most of us to did get success did it by eating healthy like that and while on a calorie deficit.
Nothing at all wrong with this post except the title is misleading. Eating low calorie healthy foods does help you lose fat (as long as you stay in a calorie deficit). Even too many good healthy calories can make you fat. It did me, I was at my most obese stage when at 100% organic and was a complete fanatic about it. Proof that fat cells don't care about clean, they care about the right amount of calories for you.0 -

I don't eat lamb because I live near the countryside and every spring spend so much time looking at the cute bouncy spring lambs lol. My husband won't eat duck either because it guilt trips him when we go to the park with the kids and feed the ducks!
I have petted and fed ducks and lambs. Our neighbors have ducks as pets. Cousin Jack has adorable sheep at his farm.
I will eat both with a clear conscience. I’ve even eaten animals that I’ve personally named. I think this may be the main difference between country and city folk.0 -
