    Salsa:

2 cans of Rotel (with cilantro and lime)
    One bunch of fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced (add/subtract to your taste, though)
1 onion, minced (add/subtract to your taste)
    salt to taste, if needed

Mix in food processor until it gets to the desired consistency. Add sour cream for a completely different type of dip and it's still delicious.

    Cilantro Jalepeno Ranch Dip

    One bunch of cilantro
1-2 fresh jalepeno (seeds optional for heat)
16 oz of sour cream (can use lowfat, but I don't)
1 pkg of ranch dip mix

Put cilantro and jalepenos into food processor and run until cut down to almost nothing. Add 16 oz of sour cream and one package of ranch dip mix and blend thoroughly until all ingredients are incorporated.

Let it sit for a few hours in the refrigerator before serving.

This is the best dip ever:

1 bottle of Frank's Red Hot wing sauce
    Generous squirt of Sriracha sauce
1 bottle of bleu cheese dressing
    1 brick of cream cheese
2 boiled and shredded chicken breasts

mix all together, top with whatever kind of shredded cheese you want, I like the hot habenaro cheddar. Cook for about 30 minutes at 350, or until all bubbly on top.

It's also really good cold used with lettuce as filling for a wrap. I've made it with low fat dressing and light cream cheese, and it tastes the same.

Nope! If you have to cook it...it's not a dip!

Start with your arms fully extended, knees bent slightly. Slowly lower yourself until your elbows are 90 degrees, then push through extending your arms, making sure to rock as little as possible. Rinse and repeat

    Makes: Perfect Dips

I don't play by those rules! If you dip stuff into it, it's a dip!

Ahhh - those are wonderful dips but not perfect. They put too much strain on ones knees, thus possible causing injury. But they are very good indeed.

You can substitute plain yogurt for the sour cream too. I started doing this with the ranch dip mix and my group actually prefers it to the sour cream version. I love it because I can make it and don't have to be quite as concerned about how much I eat (only how much of what I eat it with) and I don't have to make double because everyone else eats it too. The only difference is it IS a little thinner.

Haha - I completely read that the wrong way, so I'm gonna come back with...

Well of course it is. When you can hold yourself up, slip off the bars and land on your knees. That's a lot of strain on them, ya know. HAHAHA!
