    Thanks guys, about the ferret.

    His name is Iggy. We believe he is about 2 years old. We adopted him in May. He needed a new home because someone in Buffalo NY had to get rid of him right away. She couldn't find anyone local to take him. So we drove from Boston to Buffalo and picked him up. He's the sweetest animal I've ever met. He recently won his first local ferret show and we're hoping to get him licensed as a therapy animal in early 2013 so we can take him to do nursing home visits. He is seriously the most mellow, cuddly, kissy animal I've ever met. :)

    This is my girlfriend and mine's attack beast, Nymeria (name taken from the direwolf in the game of thrones book series) She's the baddest dog in the land as long as there's a door between her and someone else... lol

    OMG, I am soo sorry. I know that awful feeling. I hope your furbaby makes it home soon. Have you posted an ad in the local paper? We got our cat back that way. ((Hugs)) and prayers for you.

    She's about three months old and we picked her from the street, or more correctly, from the library. We've had her for two months and she's growing at such an amazing rate. Also very playful and a little dangerous to all of my fragile belongings, well, those that are still in one piece. Nevertheless we love her very much.

    How cute! I should be able to tell... but I can't. is Boris a Russian Hamster, or a Rat? Very cute either way :)

    My very spoiled babies.................Ginger and Roscoe.

    Ginger I found in a ditch along side a busy highway. She and her litter mates were thrown from a car and she was the only survivor. :( To our best guess she is a golden retriever / chow mix. She was 76 pounds at her last vet visit in May.

    Rosce is a rescue from a local resuce in the St Louis area. He is a boxer / pit mix and a big love bug lap dog. I don't think he understands that he is 70 pounds and hurts my legs. :laugh: :laugh:

    There's a pic of my two babies in my profile pictures - Riley is a five-year-old male tuxedo cat with a long fluffy coat, and Xander is a 16-month-old male tuxedo cat with a short silky coat. Both have been affectionately called "speed-bump" at times. They will plop down on their side in front of you begging for some lovin'. :laugh:
