did you know that Herbalife has its own program where you login your foods, exercise and you have chat area. I know cause I was with the program for 2 years and I lost 32 pounds until Herbalife bought the program. It is a fantastic program , its called '' ICHANGE '' once you log in they ask you to register with a representative...I know Serge Boyer he is really a good mentor...go check it out I am 100% sure you will like it Ok:flowerforyou: if you prefer under a lady Diana Young is another

I have been on the healthy meal shakes for 10 days and I had lost 4 lbs, but gained 2 back this weekend :( I know that the shakes (twice a day) work because my husband has lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks. here are 2 of my fav. recipes

Strawberry cheesecake: vanilla healthy meal powder
    1 cup skim milk
    5 frozen strawberries
2 tsp of fat free, sugar free cheesecake jello pudding powder
    blend with emersion blender

Peanut butter banana: vanilla healthy meal powder
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 frozen banana
1 small spoonful of peanut butter (not quite a table spoon)
2 tsp fat free, sugar free white chocolate jello pudding powder
    blend with emersion blender

you can sub. the PB flavored powder for the PB and the protein powder with water for the mild. we buy bags of frozen fruit and freeze fresh bananas, the key to making the shakes filling is the pudding powder and blending the frozen fruit. we have 10 different flavors of the fat free and sugar free pudding mixes.

    Is Herbalife like Teamocil?

There is no "I" in Teamocil.
