No - but that is mainly because I have no phat a** to speak up. It's flat and pancake-y and sad. I do squats to give it some oomph, but there's really nothing there.0

Nope...genetically, I am destined to always have an ample booty.0

i think women get pressure from men and society for that matter not to loose a lot of weight because they won't be , shall we say, voluptuous?
Sorry. No.
All the men that I know aren't into "voluptuous" women including my husband. I exercise for how it makes me feel, the way it makes my body look and of course to keep my husband interested and wanting me.
well all men aren't the same.
But your blanket statement indicated that they are.0 -

your right0 -
I could care less what men think. After the jerks I was married to, it was a comfort to gain the weight so no one would look at me. When I am thin again, I can guarantee everyone that I am staying single and enjoying doing what I want, when I want. I really don't care if I am not noticed. I sure ain't losing weight for sex or love. My health is the only reason.0

the man in my life doesn't want me to lose more weight, he is a fan of my figure as it is right now, BUT he would not put pressure on me, and would support me in what I do, I am just working on toning now, rather than a big loss anyway, but he likes me quite a lot just as I am.0

I actually have a friend that hates the way I look now that I've lost weight...
I don't understand it, I don't even like the way I look now (I'm about 238.)
But yes there are creepy people that make their girlfriends feel bad about loosing certain body aspects, even if it means improving their health.
Thankfully if I see it I run the other way like I'm on fire.
Just because we're together does not make my body yours, so to speak.
That last statement wasn't targeted at anyone specific, I just didn't know how else to say it.0 -
meh
having a guy like it isnt reason enough for me to like it!0 -
My man used to say not to lose the booty but when I dropped the fat and started toning it, he no longer said anything. Just because you lose weight, doesn't mean you need to lose that butt.0

My weight resides in my *kitten*, hips, boobs and legs. Even when I weigh less I still have a black girls *kitten*0

I will always have curves. I don't believe I could get rid of it without going way under weight0
-
my boyfriend hasnt said anything, but he has pointed out he'd rather have some curves then flatlines, as it were ;D0
-
yes and it comes from jealousness and self doubt. you guys think that if we ladies get in shape and other guys start looking at us we will get attracted to them and leave your sorry butt at home alone. not saying that all guys are abad but some are (main one i'm talking about are ones like my ex husband who think the ladies are belongings not individuals and would rather beat on us then love us)0
-
If men love the big butt they ought to be banging down my door... and they're not. I have had a guy tell me that but I simply don't believe him, because if guys really liked that, the porn mags would be full of big butts and not toned little ones.0

I'm loseing mine an I'm gutted it is making me not want to lose more weight0
-
There wasn't junk in my trunk before exercising. The problem is foreign to my non-*kitten*.
LOL agree.
I work out to add junk to my trunk!!
And I would never do something (or not do something) cause a man put pressure on. I'm just not that kind of girl, I never listen to what men tell me to do!0 -
No pressure. I have lost a lot of my butt, however my butt looks really good right now and getting better.0

Maybe your friend is jealous? I think it sounds like you're doing really well :-)0 -

Same here. My butt was wide and flat. It got a lot less wide after losing weight, but definitely more 'oomphy' after I started doing squats, deadlifts and lunges with heavier weights.
And my husband said he doesn't care if I end up with no boobs or butt as long as I'm healthy.0
