Food that is included free with you meal. Like bread the waiter just brings without you ordering it or crackers with soup. I mean they wouldn't give away REAL food, so these items have no calories -- It's only logical!0

I think that raw celery is so low in cals and is hard enough to eat that all that chewing makes it a negative calorie food. I think the same goes for chewing sugar free gum. If you don't actually eat the gum and you chew it for a while I think you're burning more calories than ingesting. But I would rather eat the broken cookies.0

I think that's fair as log as I can log carrot cake as a carrot. And a carrot cake cupcake would prolly be equal to a baby carrot. Sounds about right.0 -
