Goal of 20 lbs down by Christmas...any joiners?

I'm in too. Just joined this morning and love this site. Having a tossed salad, with homemade gingery lentil soup and a roll for dinner. What is everyone else doing to lose weight (any specific diets etc). I am going to do the treadmill for 60 mins one day and free weights other days.

Hello everyone, I am new in this site, but not new to calorie counting. However, after having my second child in January, sticking to a diet has been a struggle. So I decided to change sites and start off fresh. Currently at 166 and my goal weight is 130. Hoping that this challenge will give me the push that I need. Good luck!0

I started a few weeks ago, but 20 pounds by christmas would definitely allow me to hit my GW of 145 (it would even give me a few weeks of leeway to do so :happy: ). My original start weight was 182, I'm currently at 165...so 20 pounds by christmas, HERE WE GO! Good luck everyone and healthy living!!0
