My totm came this week,as well as a cold and I just didn't have the motivation.I did get to the gym twice. I bought lunch 3 times this week too.
Going to have a good week this week. Got my ingredients in to make soup for lunch. I'm going home on Friday so will take my scales with me for the last two weigh in's. Will stop me nibbling at my mams as she always has nice stuff in.0 -

Well, I'm glad I didn't gain more. Was a fun, but stressful week. The fun included lots of sweets, fast food and alcohol though... I am still happy that I've logged in here everyday even though the red numbers were pretty harsh to look at...
