Jogging and Walking!!

I did interval training for 66 minutes!! 34 minutes of walking and 32 minutes of jogging. I walked at 3.0 miles/hour and jogged at 5.0 miles/hour, not bad for somebody in the 240's!!

    that's great!! I started doing intervals this year, and up until August that's all I could do.... now I'm training for my first half marathon!! go get it! :)

    So that's what it's called when you jog, then walk?

    You can jog longer than I can, so congrats to you! I only managed to do 15 minutes today for the first time ever.
