Yum! Does anyone know of a good substitute for self-rising flour? I'm thinking regular flour plus baking soda or something like that.
Regular flour plus one teaspoon of baking POWDER (not to be confused with SODA) LOL!
I use that all the time when I inevitably run out of self raising flour first............

Yes it is just a Muffin tin, in the UK the small one we use for fairy cakes are called Patty Pans, so a large patty pan is a muffin tin.0
