Need help with my core.

So i'm 30 lbs down and have only dropped 1 pant size. Every other part of my body is shrinking but my belly doesn't seem to be. It's just there hanging. I need help with my core and would appreciate any tips on what exercises I can do to help trim my belly fat. I do crunches, bicycle crunches, and a couple other core exercises but am not getting the results I want.

You can't spot trim, ie, you can't target the belly fat, you've just got to keep dropping body fat as a whole. The belly is usually the last thing to cling on, so keep doing what you're doing.0

It just comes with time. You can't force your body to lose weight from an area (not without surgery at least.)
if you want a strong core, crunches are useless.
Try an ab wheel. Six-ten dollar device that is amazing.0
