Everyone has a favorite exercise! Well, at least I do. I love situps. I can do around 200 without even breaking a sweat and it feels really good. What about you guys?

Jump squats! Killer - get the heart rate up and the blood pumping!0

Deadlifts. I'm not talking about some weak *kitten* set of 12 reps with two plates on the bar deadlifts either. If I don't feel like my body is going to collapse after one rep, it's time to up the weight.0

snatches, deadlifts and turkish get up are my top 3. not only are they full body movements, but they require some skill and focus (you can't just zone out during a snatch). plus you look like a bad *kitten* when you do them.0

Boy that's tough - just one? It kinda changes, but Burpies are high on the list (love/hate), almost any kind of kick boxing, and the pure fun of an all out sprint or dash in a swim...0

A good game of full court basketball.
Snowshoeing and cross country skiing.0 -
Field hockey or ice hockey but I haven't played either in a really long time. But team sports in general don't even feel like exercise! They just feel like fun0

That's why it's the best exercise. Especially when it's full contact and you own.0 -

Squats (love/hate) I feel more accomplishment though. I had a bad knee injury so I started doing squats to strengthen the major muscles. I can now do 180lbs. on the v-squat machine (3sets/20reps each set, and hold for 2 second each time). I tried keeping up with the squat challenge in Sept/Oct, but I kept forgetting to do them.0

Tennis and swimming. Aerobically I would say dancing.0

Squats!!! It's probably also the best exercise for females as well. The girls I see at the gym who do squats have the most aesthetic bodies and especially their hips.0
