I started almost exactly where you're at. I started 158 at 5'11". My goal is somewhere between 145-150. Right now I'm sitting at 153. Mostly I just want to be a solid size 8 in pants and tone up everywhere.0 -
I'm 5'9'' and 170 lbs right now, aiming for 155 and eventually 143 lbs0

I've been 160 before, and think I could go 10 less. But more interested in getting to a weight that my body is happy with maintaining!
Also, looking for people in my same height and weight range to be friends with during this0 -

Hey there!
5'10"
SW: 370
CW: 238
GW: 150-170...Not sure how I'm gonna look.
If I ever make it to 150 I'll probably have a heart attack and die of shock...so I should prolly keep it at 170.
My wrists are 7.25 inches so I'm rather large structure wise...0 -
Yikes. A lot of you ladies are at my current goal weight and wanting to lose another 30-50 pounds! Guess I'll just have to wait and see, I legitly have no idea what I will look like when I get down to my current goal!0

5'9", currently 198 goal of 165ish0

I am 5' 9" and I currently weigh 279# and my goal is 155-1650

5'10...currently 148. Goal:133. I have a medium frame, and I looked my best & was most fit at 133 pounds in college (less than 10 years ago) I know this is healthy, achievable, and works for me. I can't build muscle for the life of me so my actual weight reflects such. If anyone has good, in-depth advice on how I can build muscle, I'm all ears. I know the obvious, protein intake and serious toning exercises...but it really doesn't work for me. I mean, I get a little cut...but can't build some nice calves, biceps, thighs, or buttocks. Boooooo0
