I'm 5'9. Current/goal weight is 150lbs. At my heaviest I was 235lbs. Not planning on losing any more weight since I am happy with my weight currently :) I'm fairly large framed.

5 10'..... I feel pretty good when I am 170, but would like to feel myself at 150.... Mostly want to be smack in the middle of the Healthy range for BMI... I have an athletic body type and pick up muscle like crazy so I was in a size 8 at 170... gained back to 214 after knee surgery and working to get back into fighting shape!

    5'9 1/2

    Highest weight- 282
    Current Weight 262
    Goal Weight- 160

after I get to 160 I plan on incorporating weight training and running to tone my body. I'd like to get around 140 if it's possible to have a tight stomach.

I'm 5'9". When I started on MFP I weighed 222, now I weigh 204.8. My 1st goal is to be under 200! I'd like to be around 180 but I'm trying to take this 5-10 pounds at a time.

    5'10 and currently 188
Was 273 in January, have been as high as 330

My goal is first to get into the normal BMI range which happens when I get under 173
    My next is 150

When I get to 150 I will decide where I wanna go from there - I've been obses since before puberty, so I have no idea what a certain weight will look like on my body!

    5'10"

    Highest weight: 284lb
    Lowest weight: 157lb
    Current weight: 196lb
    Goal weight: 175lb

I have a large frame, anything below 175lb is too thin for me and too hard to maintain, I want to be healthy but I also want to be happy :)

I am 5'9" and currently am 220. I started at 230 and have been very slow but making progress. I do need to do better at committing fully to my program. My goal is 165. I would like to say 145 which is where I was before I had my daughter 21 years ago but want to be realistic.
