Take dogs for a walk.
Make a batch of chili to freeze in single portion tubs for my lunches over the next few weeks (I do this every week, so there's always a variety to choose from in the freezer)0 -
get back on the bike and do some exercise! I've been resting a sore knee and I miss my exercise cals!0

work late :S, go view a fireplace, have my mom/sister/dad over to watch Changeling while eating popcorn & drinking diet pepsi & then lift weights, hit the shower & go to bed. The end.0

Get my tabata in, this V
1) Skipping
2) Jumping Jack(with dumbbells)
3) Lunges(with dumbbells)
4) Burpees
First four I do all in one, so 8 rounds of skipping(20seconds on, 10 off), then out to Jumping Jacks
5) Dumbbell push up with row
6) Sit Up(with 5kg weight)
7) Tricep Curls(with dumbbells)
8) Squats(with dumbbells and bicep curl)
9) Back extensions
10) Oblique Planks
11) Bridges
12) Leg raisers
Exercises 4 to 12 i do one after the other (20seconds push up, 10 second break, 20 seconds sit up, 10 second break) and repeat it 8 times0 -
Drink myself into a coma.0
