    You look great! I lost 55lbs since January. I am also at a plateau. I am playing up a pound down a pound. Keep up the good work!

    That's AWESOME!!! great to see your results so far as I am 5'4 and started at 236 and can compare on what I would look like at around 201, 12 more pounds to get to your 201.
