Carbs and sugar. My brain shuts off and before I know it it is all gone! I cannot have *one* bowl of cereal, *one* granola bar, one bowl of ice cream. I have ZERO self control. I will eat it until there is none left no matter how ill I feel!
Unfortunatly, I also suck at trying to stay away from those things! *shakes belly*0 -

Any foods with a creamy texture (i.e. alfredo sauce, sour cream, pudding, etc...), breads and pastas, homebaked goods...0

Pizza is my "gateway" food. Just cheese pizza, I don't like toppings. Can be from almost anywhere, even frozen pizzas get me going.
I can say no to everything else but if I say yes to that cheese pizza, it's the start of a binge day.0 -
California Burritos!!! ((A HUGE tortilla, carne asada, french fries, cheese, pico de gallo and more cheese!)) I think I'm drooling! :laugh:0

Chocolate (especially chocolate fudge brownies) and chick-fil-a waffle fries dipped in ranch! Miss those some much!0

Almost any kind of dip. Whether it's something healthy like veggies and pb or hummus, guacamole, salsa, or something not so healthy like queso and chips. Or a cheesy baked crab dip or baked brie and crackers. I can easily put away thousands of calories with these type of things without even thinking about it.
Amen to this... add pasta and red wine and I'm weak, weak, weak. As for dealing with it? I don't avoid. GASP! I eat it - a small portion - track the calories, track the calories and move on. I've learned that if I'm craving something, I can eat everything else to try to fill that void. But at the end of the day I'm still going to eat it. So the intermediate calories are unnecessary. :-)0 -

Hardto say.
Most food is a guilty pleasure, I like it, I'd like to try more of it.
Though I have a real guilty pleasure in Pizzas and Chocolate.
