This is my 2nd attempt in trying MFP. I have struggled with weight problems all my life. I am looking for MFP buddies who are in the same situation.

    Done most of the "diets" in my life and have lost the same 10 or 20 pounds each time. This is it for me, finally realised that it's not what I'm eating that's making me fat, it's how much of it I eat.
    Logging and listening on here has helped me a lot.

    11 weeks in and I'm down 31 pounds. This time it's off and staying off. (still got a good ways to go tho )
