    at my old job i stayed logged in for the entire 8 hrs now my job is a little harder but since i'm figuring it out i predict more mfp time like today

    I'm currently on a facebook fast (until after the World Series and Election and some other big events I'm coordinating for work are done) so MFP is my only vice that I can indulge in, haha. It's not the same, but it's a decent substitute!

    I keep it up at work and check in periodically and when it's time to log lunch/snacks :wink:

    All the time! I keep it minimized so I don't forget to log my meals/snacks/water while I'm here, and will lurk on threads if I have time. Just came back from lunch, only 2 more hours till quittin' time!

    I'm always on MFP at work. We have two screens, so one screen is MFP and its forum, the other is work. I love to multi-task!

    Today I'm on because there's nothing else to do. Some days though I do have work to do and can't seem to focus. Who am I kidding I'm on here everyday whether I have work or not. lol :blushing:

    My job has everything blocked. Including Facebook. Even the blocks have blocks lol

    FB blocked here also... even Gmail! Anything that has sex or booze in the title...
