Happiness just doesn't come in big grand gestures like people expect. Happiness comes in little doses

Happiness is when you get on the scale after a night of binging and you LOST 1.5 lbs.
Happiness is when you ran that extra mile when only a month ago you could barely jog 1/2 mile
Happiness is when you're able to lift more than your LBM
Happiness is when a waitress bends over a little too much
Happiness is when you are checking your pockets for laundry and find $5. Seriously, its like a gift for me, from me
Happiness is when you make pen1s jokes to ruin 3 of your friends TMI Tuesdays.
