Coffee and water! I drink it black and unsweetened.0

Liquid splenda. Very rarely cream.0

People, if you're going to use artificial sweeteners, PLEASE use Stevia or Truvia at least. This is SO MUCH BETTER for you than any of the Splenda, Equal, Sweet and Low junk that is out there. Stevia is a natural sweetener that is low in cals.0

1/2 serving vanilla whey protein powder mixed with 1 Tbsp coffee Mate Italian Sweet Cream. Yum.0

A shot of espresso, and a shot of Frangelico poured over a scoop of iceream.

I use to drink 24 oz, tripple toasted marshmellow mochas. No I put International Delights Smore (just found it) , or cinnamon vanilla. 2 T abot 70 cals, but I figure it is WAY better than what I use to drink.0

extra espresso! haha.
if i'm in the mood for sweet coffee or a latte, i add some skim milk and some zero-calorie vanilla flavoring.0 -
Probably the least "healthy" option you'll see in this thread but...
3 spoonfuls of turbinado sugar, one spoonful of vanilla extract, and a splash of light cream. Mmmm.
I don't do artificial sweeteners or coconut oil (and both are found in non-dairy creamer!). I used to use heavy cream but decided I needed to decrease my early-morning fat intake. I have one or two cups of coffee in the morning but otherwise just drink lots of water all day.0 -
Enriched soymilk and vanilla stevia (liquid). Or skim and 1 splenda when I'm picking up from Dunkin.0
-
I use coffeemate french vanilla sugar free, 15 cal per tablespoon0

i drink my coffee black as midnight and bitter as my soul

(I'm a black, no sugar and strong like ox coffee drinker as well)0 -
I get the flavored coffee and then add 1/3 cup of fat free milk... I used to sweeten it as well, but it's worth weaning yourself off of that. Splenda isn't good for you (don't shoot me, Splenda lovers out there; my DH is diabetic. I said it isn't good for you, as in it is empty and doesn't help your body) and the less processed sugar you consume the better.
It took me a few weeks, but if you can commit to going "no sweetener", then you can use those cals for something more productive (like an orange).
Right now, I am in the process of weaning myself off milk (YIKES!) in my coffee. Wish me luck :flowerforyou:0 -
flavored liquid stevia drops, and if I want my coffee to look "tan" I add some skim milk. But usually lately it is just black in color w/ the chocolate raspberry liquid stevia. Yummy!0

I use vanilla caramel fat free creamer dash of milk and sugar0

I buy Nescafe French Vanilla coffee and add 1 sugar twin. I love it!0

Black or with a teaspoon of coconut oil. It's good fat and makes it taste like toasted coconut. Or sometimes a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon. I avoid artificial sweeteners and creamers.0
-
I used to drink coffee white with one sugar but I started drinking black as I was taking in too much dairy and it was hindering my weight loss. Turns out I love black coffee better! No sugar0
-
Light milk (I think its called 2% in the US) and good old sugar.0
-
Vanilla Soymilk... It tastes way better than milk or half and half or anything else to me! 100 calories for a cup.. plus amazing protein and said to be great for women to have a little soy every day!0
