How many hours a week

do you exercise?

I just added up mine and it's a little over four hours a week. What would this be considered on the activity level scale? I am sedentary for the most part. I take care of two children and take care of the home. I don't have a outside job. Just my daily workouts.

4 hours 4 days a week is pretty good, I work between 30-60 minutes, 6 days a week working out..I like shorter workout's but i know some prefer 2 hrs per day..

My goal is 1.5 hours/6 days a week. I usually reach my goal, but rarely hit under 4 hours a week. Yours would be moderate exercise. So is mine.

I tend to be a fanatic. I love working out. Lifting and running: 8-20 hours.

I exercise about the same as you. I have my MFP activity level set at sedentary, then log the exercise. To me it's more rewarding and I can see progress with the calories actually being added to my daily meal plan.

Usually six hours a week. That's because I am only doing Insanity. When I start more cross training it will be more like 10.

6 days a week for a little over an hour each day
I do cardio and lift heavy *kitten*

I consider myself sedentary for the most part as well even though I have a demanding, full-time career, I'm a single mom and I manage a household. I sit for about 8 hours a day at work but am on my feet from the time I leave work until I hit the bed most nights.

2-3 hours every week playing beach volleyball, which I throw into the 'exercise' bucket...then 30-45 (sometimes 60) mins cardio 5 days a week. Random weight training thrown in as well.

Well, if I count all the extra stuff plus the work out...

    I'd be somewhere between 13 - 16h/week.

Most weeks I lift heavy stuff and put it down 6 days a week for about 60 minutes 3 of those days I add running in for 30 minutes or so

so roughly 7 1/2 hours a week maybe a bit more

that is whenever i can get the hell back into the gym from being sick

Right now: 2 at the gym. Maybe another 1-2 at home. More if I had more free time.

I exercise about 6.5 hours a week. In that amount of time, I do circuit training classes (both cardio and weight-based) and yoga.

I've never added it up before but, I average about 4-5 hours per week.
That doesn't seem like enough now that I total it up.
That or I need to increase the difficulty of my exercises.
