When I joined this challenge I originally had said my Christmas goal was to lose 30lbs (starting weight 267lbs) and I did it today! I set higher than I thought I should and made it 3 weeks early. Now I'm aiming for another 10lbs by NYE0

Well, I am at 18 lbs lost of the 20 lb goal, so pretty happy with that considering Halloween, my birthday, my anniversary, hubby's birthday, and Christmas parties! I have been trying to eat good as much as possible, workout hard, and not feel guilt about enjoying events...have to figure how to do that for this lifestyle, right?0

22 lbs lost! Yeah me. I try to eat well during the week, but the weekends, I try to be sensible, but it doesn't always happen. Stuffing myself on the weekends has damn sure made my week tolerable. i exercise regularly and pretty hard, i ride a bike, and I try to log my food regularly, and BAM magic.0
