    10/1: 155
    10/8: 152.2 (-2.8 lbs)
    10/15: 153 (+.8 lbs) not good
    10/22: 153 (0) must do better - I can lose 3 lbs in the next 2 weeks.
    10/29: 155 My body seems to fight to stay at this weight. I'm very disappointed in myself.
    10/31 152.2 My official weight loss for October is almost 3lbs, YEAH! Now just to keep going forward and keep it off. My body keeps hovering around these #'s.

    I definately want in. I lost 3lbs in October, but feel really motivated now so hoping for a bigger loss. I's like to lose 12 lbs by my birthday December 13th. My fitness trainer told me yesterday to only weigh myself once a week as it messes with your head seeing my weight fluctuate so much during the week. But if I just went with Monday's weight of 155 I would have been totally bummed the rest of the week, when today I'm down to 152.

    Thanks for doing this. I think it does help.

    It isn't the same group. However, you can take one of the other spots.

    Ok so I only lost 1 pound, but in my defense I sprained my ankle twice this month and can't do as much exercise as I was. I am hopping for a better month in November!

    Sorry I did not get on the scale yesterday. I was flying out the door for work at 6:30 a.m. and that was how my whole day went. I did not get home from t or t till 9 p.m. (exhausting but my little grandson sure had fun!)
    I seriously have been working my @ss off this week with NO halloween junk food and the scale showed this morning!
