I love to add a small box of sugar free jello and fruit. My favorite is peach jello with canned unsweetened peaches.0

Not that creative yet, because I recently first tried it.... I'll take it plain, but then I can't have a lot of it ...... or I'll put some on a salad, as a sort of dressing, almost.0

I like it on good toast (like nutty oatmeal.or triscuits! but I haven't been doing triscuits since being on MFP. Also mixed with any kind of fruit. Usually pineapple. Love it on salads with raisens and sunflower seeds.
I do cook with it instead of other types of cheese. Used to use it with pasta and lots of pepper, but alas trying to stay away from pasta also.0 -
I've never tried it anyway but plain...I know...I'm boring.0

On baked potatoes, mixed in my salads (tastes phenomenal with thousand island dressing), with chives.
I also mix it with ricotta cheese to sweeten up the ricotta cheese when I'm cooking...0 -
I take cottage cheese and put it into a strainer to take out most of the whey (which you should actually throw in your yogurt or some other dish to get the nutrients from it as it is very good for you)...anyways, put the cottage cheese and some veggies you like such as shredded carrots, green onions, broccoli, etc in a food processor and blend into a nice creamy cheese spread that is excellent on baby carrots or on cucumber slices...you can make it different every time based on what you have in the fridge.0

I make this meal all the time: Egg noodles and cottage cheese. Add a little salt. Done. Don't knock it till you've tried it.0

I crush/grind allspice berries (you could add pre-ground) into a new pot and let it flavour it til I'm ready to use it. - I always add a little salt when I serve it because I like salty sweet. Before that - I used slice fresh on-the-vine tomatoes and topped with loads of freshly ground black pepper and salt. Nice on crunchy ryvita.0

I mix it with some chocolate whey and add some nuits and fruits or PB.

I like to sprinkle it with some dried dill and scoop it out with reduced fat Wheat Thins.
I also like to add some cinnamon and chopped apples, topped with crushed pineapple or mandarin oranges.
For lunch, sometimes I mix in some grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Lawry's, and black pepper and use it as topping on a baked potato. Super filling!!
I have a relative that likes to drizzle Catalina dressing on hers.0 -
Cottage cheese quiche
1 cup 1% cottage cheese
6-9 tablespoons egg whites
2 tablespoons of hormel bacon bits
spinach
Mix, bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes.
Makes 2 healthy portions, each portion has 24-26 grams of protein. I make it the night before and eat it for breakfast after my workout.0 -
