I'm inl! However my goal by the 1st of January is 18....so its a little more than 10 by Christmas....but I am in as well.
I look forward to the challenge during the holidays! I made it through Halloween!!! Not one piece of candy and it was everywhere I looked. I am so happy that my daughter told us about this site. Me and my hubby are doing it together!
It will be 30 days tomorrow that we've been on this site! Hubby has lost 27 and I have lost 18. We are going slow, exercising and watching our portions. We both have a long way to go but it is a wonderful start. We know that we will have plateaus but we know we are doing everything we can do this without unrealistic expectations. We would be happy with 2 pounds a week....anything lower on the scale is a thrill. Every quarter pound lost is a quarter pound I never hope to see again!

I don't know if I can do that. I think ive hit a plateau. I'll find out sooner or later if nothing changes haha.

Well I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in about 8 months and I'm down 2lbs this morning! I realize that might not stick with me but that's some serious motivation! I was hoping to try another class this morning since I'm just trying out a gym for the week but I'm so sore! I think yoga this evening instead... Don't want to go too hard too fast! How about you ladies? Any progress? Little victories yet?0
