    I am so proud of myself for finding a plan that finally works for me and for sticking to it. My breathing issues, feet and ankles swelling and just overall exhaustion are gone with the 37.2 pounds I have kicked to the curb since starting this journey on April 29, 2012! Now I just want to keep right on kicking the next 123.2 pounds and smashing it against the wall.

    I recommit today to lose 5 lbs and post how it is going for me. One thing I will change in my efforts is that I will exercise for 30 min on Sat and Sun which I have not been doing.
