Buying me special meals when we started out and then switching the family to some of the better food options (like lower cal bread and juice drinks, etc).0 -

I'm in! I started the Visalus challenge and have only lost 2 lbs in 55 days. I did just realize that I don't eat enough or as often as I should. Now that I have figured that out, I am starting to lose slowly, so hopefully I can lose 5 pounds in a month.
