I'm in, I NEED this! I need the motivation this month!
I'm at a little bit of a stand still and losing my enthusiasm & motivation. I've hit my 1st plateau, no weight loss for October! *sigh*

Joined MFP: January 2012 I became ill & had surgery on a very large kidney stone in April 2012. My Doctor gave me clearance to resume my weight loss.

I'm MOST thankful & grateful for God Healing me in May 2006 from 2 Brain Aneursyms', Paraylsis, and a stroke ( June 2008 ) I am thankful that I have gone from not being able to walk at ALL to now being able to walk without any walking aide.
I am now able to go walking about 2 miles without stopping & I am working out on my BowFlex TreadClimber TC3000 for 12 minutes with two rest in the duration.0 -
