    I'm in!!! These challenges seem to really be helping me stay accountable & get past my slump

    11/4 169.2 +2.8 bad last couple of days but i'm thankful to have lost 35lbs & quit smoking

    I'm in, I NEED this! I need the motivation this month!
    I'm at a little bit of a stand still and losing my enthusiasm & motivation. I've hit my 1st plateau, no weight loss for October! *sigh*

    Ultimate Bra size: 36DDD/36F ( SW Bra 38K) Dunno what will happen to the girls???


    Joined MFP: January 2012 I became ill & had surgery on a very large kidney stone in April 2012. My Doctor gave me clearance to resume my weight loss.

    I'm MOST thankful & grateful for God Healing me in May 2006 from 2 Brain Aneursyms', Paraylsis, and a stroke ( June 2008 ) I am thankful that I have gone from not being able to walk at ALL to now being able to walk without any walking aide.
    I am now able to go walking about 2 miles without stopping & I am working out on my BowFlex TreadClimber TC3000 for 12 minutes with two rest in the duration.

    I was not online but did manage to weigh myself!!! I would like to lose the 10 pounds I gained last month due to my birthday binder!!! LOL So Im hoping to see 237 by 11/31

    This week, I'm thankful that I have the ability to walk and run, because i know a few people why don't have the ability to do that. I'll be celebrating this by running/walking/ any type of exercise involving my legs 3 times a week.
