    Great job and just goes to show any age, any starting situation, either gender. Probably the smartest move you made was quitting smoking.

    Haha, well my quiting smoking was a little inconventional. I always hated chewing/dipping, but camel has something called "snus". It a nicotine pouch you put in your mouth that does not make you spit. I traded the cigs for that and gave myself a 3 month timeline to stop the snus. I think it's tough to battle the habit and the nicotine at the same time. I kicked the habit first then battled the nicotine.
