make sure your kitty cat (or other pet) is not sharing the scales with you... or there is none of their hair caught in the scales... :laugh:0

This thread was hilarious! Thanks for the tidbids.
Also make sure you exhale as much as possible, all the hot air adds up!0 -
If you're a breastfeeding mama, make sure to feed/pump before stepping on the scale.0

I no longer have a gall bladder but I think I'm going to have to see if I can live without any of these other organs if I'm ever going to make it to my goal weight!0

Make sure you exhale all the air out of your lungs, this will aid in two ways. You will get light headed {pulling against gravity} and we all know with all the filth the air can hold.0

Balance on the scale using only one... foot. It works.0

and remember a good dose of gastro won't hurt anyone! It helped me loose 2kg last week. lol0

Hair ties and scrunchies must go
Give yourself a pumice pedicure to get rid of the dead skin (added oz)0 -
Finger down the throat can help too! Haha.0

Don't weigh in the week before TOM, the week of TOM and maybe not the week after TOM. Hmmmmmm, that doesn't leave much time.0

I have found for those desperate days, whilst your struggling to lose that extra ounce...head and shoulders will wash away the extra buddies on the scalp. Then, blow out your hair, because wet hair is heavy.0

Ok, so I'v shaved my head/body, gotten rid of unnecessary organs, sold my soul, cleaned my belly button, trimmed my nails, scrubbed away the dead skin, lost my sense of humor.... and I'm still fat. Now I look ridiculous.0

But don't laugh on the scale. It exerts extra force on the scale thus inflating your number. Don't cough either.0 -
You got to shave!0

Haha, love0

Don't forget to wait till AFTER your weigh in to use your lotion and/ or spray tan!0
