I've just started with MFP in the last couple of weeks - I have about 90 pounds to lose (which sounds much worse than 41kg!)
I've lost about 7 pounds so far but have a long way to go. Feel free to add me as well. I think having friends to support and motivate me will help keep me on track and get me back on track if I start to lose focus.0 -
Keep up the good work! Losing weight is much easier by using MFP and watching the fat gram intake. Each gram of fat is worth 9 calories. I'm averaging 25-35 fat grams a day and it's working, I'm losing weight but still eating good food. I know you can do it too. Get some regular exercise and the weight will leave you. All the best!0

Congratulate yourself!! You can do it!! Don't get discouraged, it will take awhile. I started out needing to lose 80 pounds. I have now lost 19 since August. MFP is great. Do it everyday and exercise. You will learn portions and healthy eating. Don't let anyone get you down. I've found some people are jealous that I am trying and succeeding. If you want it you can do ANYTHING!! Keep up the great work!!0

Hi - Please feel free to add me. I also started on mfp about 2 weeks ago and have 100+ pounds to lose although I am breaking it down into smaller chunks so as not to be too daunting. I am trying to keep up a regular exercise plan ( even if only 10 or 15 mins a day ) and keeping an eye on the food intake daily as well. Good luck with your journey , perhaps we can keep each or going !!!0

I think I have about 50 pounds more to lose..
Here are my challenges:
1- Being an apple shape with big boobs, I look bigger than I am and I will never look normal.
2- There is a joy in food that does not involve other people. preparation, colours, taste and almost every social occasion revolve around it : BBQs, Bdays, Christmas.. etc.
3- I don't have eating hours. I eat when I am hungry
4- I live alone so there is very little discipline
I would like to hear from you what are the challenges that you face!!
My goal is to lose 15 pounds between now and christmas.
