Yasso frozen greek yogurt bars in raspberry. I tried the blueberry first and thought they were just okay, but I got the raspberry and WOW. They are delicious. Totally cures my need for something sweet and for only 70 cals and 0 fat. Also 6g of protein.0

Roasted cauliflower and eggplant with evoo and soy sauce. Roasted until cripsy and caramelized, the eggplant takes on a meat like quality ( became vegan a few months ago ) and the cauliflower is just plain good! I'm also really getting into black eyed peas, but Im just starting to figure out how to use them.
This sounds really good - could you be a bit more specific - quantities and oven temp/time? Thanks in advance0 -
Cherry tomatoes roasted whole in olive oil with red onion, garlic, oregano and fresh basil.... and I used to fricken HATE tomatoes!0

I tried Labne and it is totally yummy. If you like to use greek yogurt as a spread or an ingredient Labne is its more delicous cousin. I bet it has more fat, it is 60 cal for two tbsp but I add it to muesli and some fresh berries and it is like a dessert. I have also discovered chard and it is great. I grew rainbow chard this year in my garden and they make a nice side dish sauteed with garlic and chili flakes and a squeeze of lemon.0

But as far as GOOD foods, Chiobani apple cinnamon greek yogurt. I add some extra cinnamon, SO good. And I have never liked yogurt but really have developed a taste for this. I recommend everyone try this flavor!0 -
