    Pumpkin butter (no sugar) it is fat free and only 5 calories per tablespoon. I will put it on low fat waffles for breakfast.

    whole grain bread, butternut squash and spaghetti squash, apple steel cut oats, and soft boiled eggs
  • Poached egg with reduced salt baked beans on a piece of multigrain toast. My favourite breakfast
  • Coconut oil. I could eat the jar. That and peanut butter. I love fats :)
  • Coffee without sugar............okay, maybe I don't "love " it, but I am loving the results!

    I love coffee and I have mine without sugar too!
