    Along with fitness pal, I just started watching what I ate and watched my portion control. I also started going to spin classes 3-5 days a week. I can't say that I've been eating "clean" but have been eating MUCH better than I used to!! I try to stay away from the pastas, breads, pizza, snacks, etc. that had gotten me into the mess I was in! I still have my "cheat" days, but I know now not to overdo it!
