Need help staying motivated

Hi, I started my weight loss diet about two months ago at 221lbs. I'm now 196lbs and I keep cheating and eating junk the past week. I keep saying to myself I'll make up for it tomorrow then I get cravings and eat.
Does anyone have any tips to help stay on track? I usually walk for an hour every night but now it's getting cold & I keep using that as an excuse. I really would love to get to 160lbs that is my true goal.
