Super tasty! I used whipped cream cheese instead. I'll handle the extra calories! And I used wonton wrappers instead of eggroll. Next time, I'll use the eggroll. I'm thinking they must be thicker.
Make sure that you completey seal the entire thing or the filling bursts out while cooking.
