    5'10 and currently 188
Was 273 in January, have been as high as 330

My goal is first to get into the normal BMI range which happens when I get under 173
    My next is 150

When I get to 150 I will decide where I wanna go from there - I've been obses since before puberty, so I have no idea what a certain weight will look like on my body!

    5'10"

    Highest weight: 284lb
    Lowest weight: 157lb
    Current weight: 196lb
    Goal weight: 175lb

I have a large frame, anything below 175lb is too thin for me and too hard to maintain, I want to be healthy but I also want to be happy :)

I am 5'9" and currently am 220. I started at 230 and have been very slow but making progress. I do need to do better at committing fully to my program. My goal is 165. I would like to say 145 which is where I was before I had my daughter 21 years ago but want to be realistic.
  • 5'9 ish, currently 168 goal is 140-145.

Almost 5'9'' (about a quarter inch off) and 111. Goal? 113

5'10 and a half with an athletic frame (broad shoulders, larger calf muscles and ankles etc).

    Heaviest weight: 216lbs
    Current Weight: 161lbs
    Goal Weight: 150-155lbs

Honestly I'm pretty content where I'm at right now. Just want to tone up. If I lose more weight in the process, cool. If not, then 161 is healthy for me. This is what I weighed in HS and I wasn't overweight then. I'll just be happy to get in better shape. Scale is less of a concern now that I'm well within a healthy BMI range.

The lowest I've been as an adult is 170. And that was during a very depressed time in my college life when I wasn't eating. In the last few years I have been 197 down to 173, back up to 189 and down to 180, back up to 201... and now losing. I'm currently at 191. But my 191 weight is now a weight I have reached by losing fat and gaining muscle. I am the visible size I was when I was about 180 during my first weight loss. 180lbs and a size 8 pant is my goal. And my frame is too large to be anything less than an 8. I am 5' 9.5"

I'm 5'9" and today I mark 25lbs lost (15 since joining MFP)- now weighing in at 161. My goal is 140-145, but I'm taking each day as it comes. Once in a while I plateau and have to change things up w/ my food to get started again (mostly increasing protein a little so I don't feel so hungry). I'm so excited because fit in my 'little black dress' and a pair of riding boots that I've had for years both fit now. I want to get a sweater dress. (yes this is shallow, but it's a goal none the less) My frame is medium to small (very small wrists, but wide hips). Co-workers and friends are regularly asking if I've lost a lot of weight. I tend to not talk about it because I'm doing this for myself to stay healthy; many people in my family are obese. Another goal is to get to a good weight before I hit menopause.
I love all of your success stories! Everyone is so inspirational.

5'9", highest weight 240lb, that's when I started MFP. Currently I'm at 226.5. My short term goal is 200lb. The last weight I really remember is 180lb. I would like to get there and eventually down to 160lb and just see how I feel.

I'm almost exactly the same! I am 5'11'' as well, started at 307, am currently 277 and my first goal is 180. I've never been lighter than that so I'll see when I get closer where I'll end up.
  • I'm 5'9.5 and about 174lbs. Goal is to loose about 40-50 lbs
