November 1st - 3.45 miles
November 3rd - 1.98 miles
November 5th - 5.38 miles
Total so far - 10.81 miles.
I'm trying to work up to be able to run a mile without stopping. I typically go to the treadmill and then walk around my neighborhood. Treadmill I focus on speed, neighborhood I focus on distance. I'm only able to run a few minutes at a time now but I'm working on it!0 -

Started the challegne and I have logged so far
11/2- 13.5 (This is due to dancing 3 hours straight). I'm taking steps want to make them count.

I found a miles equivalent calculator which converts activities which you can translate into miles. Here it is if anyone is interested.
