172. Awkward posing in the first to show off my new dress to my mum (living at university now!)
22 to go until my first goal - loving seeing everyone else's pics!0 -
I still have a ways to go. I'd like to lose at least 35 more lbs to reach my goal and then time to tone up and hulk out like a mother!! I've been working my tail off so far though and at least I'm moving in the right direction.0

Awesome!! You look amazing!!!0 -
I think these before/after pics are never 'overdone' or anything. Who cares if we have a million and one posts? Everyone loves to look at them and admire and get reinspired. It's what brings as back and motivates many of us.1

I still have a ways to go, so these are just progress pictures. I'd like to lose at least 35-40lbs more lbs to reach my goal and then time to tone up and hulk out like a mother!! I've been working my tail off so far though and at least I'm moving in the right direction.

I totally agree and I don't care if a million of these threads are posted. It's seeing these pics and reading these stories that truly motivates me when I get home and think, Oh, I don't wanna do my workout.0

**Eta - pictures are big...sorry!!**
I don't have any "full body" pictures because at my heaviest I hated having my picture taken. Still not a fan, but these do an okay job of showing my progress. When I have completed this whole journey, I will have the typical bikini after picture for comparison... hopefully :-)
This picture was taken the day after my 21st birthday, 4 months before I realized I needed to start losing weight. I was probably over 200 pounds but I don't even remembering weighing myself, so I'm not really sure.
This is at my heaviest that I can remember. Shortly after this I weighed myself and saw 198 pounds on the scale...devastating.
This was taken a few months after I had started trying to lose weight, but I was still pretty heavy. I have no idea how much I weighed though.
1 year after I started losing weight, I was around 160 or so in this picture. Don't mind the spillage on the shirt...open bar wedding...need I say more?
Most recent pictures at 133 pounds:
I am nowhere near being done, but it helps to look at the progress I've made along the way!0 -
Mine from last year. About a month after the last set was taken I found out I was pregnant (hit an 80 lbs loss, 153). Once I get back to my pre-pg weight I'm going to continue with the pictures.
5'5" for comparison
