    Well thats the week over with and am pleased with the miles. Yes we could all do more, however reality has other ideas !!

    6.34 total, dang! I'm going to have to rack up some big numbers this weekend to catch up!
  • I already did ten miles and i can feel the results in my clothes and my energy level and confidence levels are great!!!

    I'm really not doing well posting every day. But my total this far is: 31.2. Wow... maybe I should slow down. But I really enjoy my long walks.
  • Finally got in a 5-mile walk today for a total of 22 miles! Only 28 more to go... Whoo-hoo!!!

    I reallllllllllllllly like this challenge. :love: My ankle has been sore for a while, so I'm hoping when its better I can start this. And I'd rather start at the beginning, so hopefully you will continue another challenge for December. I will be all in! Right now I'm doing the 30 Day Shred, but had to take the day off yesterday because my ankle just hurt too much. :cry: I got it in today, but its still sore. I just want to get better!!!
