Well thats the week over with and am pleased with the miles. Yes we could all do more, however reality has other ideas !!

I reallllllllllllllly like this challenge. My ankle has been sore for a while, so I'm hoping when its better I can start this. And I'd rather start at the beginning, so hopefully you will continue another challenge for December. I will be all in! Right now I'm doing the 30 Day Shred, but had to take the day off yesterday because my ankle just hurt too much. I got it in today, but its still sore. I just want to get better!!!0
