How fast did you lose bodyfat %?

Happy Friday, all! I was just wondering about your experience with losing body fat. How quickly did your percentage go down?

I've been "lifting heavy" for several months, and have gone down by about 1.5% from 38 to 36.4, and my weight has been stuck, or going up a smidge. I know that the Omron machines can be off a bit based on water intake, but the numbers have been reasonably consistent. Thanks!
