Some guy once told me that, for a female, my body is built like a 'combat chassis'
I'll show him a gddmn combat chassis.0 -

I work out because I can. I run because there are others that can't. I don't have an excuse.0

I work out for my health both physically and mentally. I exercise to maintain my weight, to blow off steam and to de-stress. Working out balances my mind and body. Working out makes me the best version of myself I can be!0

So I am more capable to do more heavy lifting.
To be happy.
To be stronger than I look.0 -

It makes me feel good! No matter what my weight is, I always feel better about my body when I'm working out on a regular basis. I also think it is FUN. I love to dance and move and be able to do more than I could do last time.0

I love the way my body changes after weeks of hardwork. I like the toned look, and also since I've been working out with my husband, I love the fact he loves to watch me lift/run and we get time together alone with no work or kids
I also get to see his huge muscles in action :blushing:0 -
Three reasons:
To look good
To feel good
So I can eat ALL the food!!!!!
:drinker:0 -
Stress release!0

To break the barriers that I set for myself.
Because I can.
Because I kinda like being badass.0 -
1: because I'm an addict (to exercise that is)
2: it is a better stress relief than drinking
3: to look and feel good0 -
Because I like punching people in the face.
And because I want a killer six pack. And really good looking.
And I'm vain.0 -
So I don't have to drink light beer. *shudders*
I know this feeling!0 -
Because "I went for a 20k long run" is a much better answer to "what did you do this weekend" than "oh, nothing really".
and also because without it there is NO way I could justify the occasional consumption of banana hazelnut crepes.0 -
I work out because I can. I run because there are others that can't. I don't have an excuse.

I started because I wanted to lose weight, and I carry on going because it makes me feel AMAZING!
