I'm new to the site - looking forward to all the support I can get - the last time I was thin, I was 5!! LOL
I'll be 40 in a little less than 2 short years and I decided I don't want to fat anymore. I get motivated and then I slip - I have had a lot of life challenges - the sudden death of a parent and now being a caretaker to my older sister who is ill, can't work, drive, and can barely walk. I just need some of the time to be about me! Want to hear from the successes and failures! :happy:

    Hi, welcome to MFP. The one tip I would give you is that you need to log everything you eat. If it goes into your mouth it should go into your diary. Good luck.

    I'm trying to make sure it's more of a 'little 40' than a 'big 40' too, got 18 months to get there... Happy to support if I can.

    And yep.. If you eat it, log it, it's the only way to go :)
