I weigh in every few days at the same time of day which is 1st thing in the morning, naked, after a wee I find that the most accurate!0

just make sure that when you weigh in is exactly the same situation.
When I had scales at home I used to wake up then stroll to the bathroom in the nude and take a measurement everyday. As I only have scales at work now I make sure I am in work for 8.30 every morning and take a measurement in the same kind of clothes each day.
NOTE some people will say measuring everyday is bad for you because of fluctuations, my personal experiences work for me because I am a lover of statistics and measurements so enjoy being able to track the rise and fall of my weight.0 -
Just pick a day and keep it consistent.0

Yes, weighing afte a rest day is recommended, but it doesn't really matter.
I weigh on a Monday, as MFP counts weekly calories from Monday to Sunday, so I can track my weight against the number of calories I have net over the week.0 -
HI,
I weigh myself (check the weight) on Monday in the morning0
